    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    H. B. 4245 –- “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-1-20, relating to anticipated retirement dates of certain health care professionals; requiring certain health care related professional licensing boards to request that licensees provide their anticipated retirement dates; and requiring data on anticipated retirement dates to be included in the boards’ annual reports.”
